What is a concurrent operator (user)?

Activa Live Chat's subscription model is based on concurrent operator (user) licenses.

• The number of licenses determine the number of operators who can be signed in at the same time.

For example, in a 20-license subscription, after 20 operators are logged on to the service, the 21st operator is blocked. When any one of the first 20 log off, the next operator can log on.

Remember, only each "logged on" operator requires and takes-up a license. You can setup as many operator accounts as needed without affecting the use of available licenses.
