Remove licenses from a subscription

NOTE: The follow instructions are for removing licenses only - not canceling a subscription entirely. To cancel a subscription, please refer to this support article: Cancel your Activa Live Chat subscription

To remove individual licenses from any subscription (reducing the number of licenses available), simply follow these instructions:

  1. The Account Owner must sign in to the Account Dashboard
  2. If you have more than one subscription, select the appropriate subscription from the drop down in the upper left
  3. Click on "Subscription & Billing"
  4. Click "manage licenses"
  5. Nest click "Remove Licenses" to remove any number of licenses (leaving at least one (1) license)
  6. Once you have the number of licenses you want removed, click the "Save & Continue" button and follow the rest of the steps

When removing licenses from a subscription, a negative price will be displayed the shows the amount you will be removing from your next renewal. At your next renewal date, only the licenses you kept in your subscription will renew.
