Reactivating your Activa Live Chat subscription

If you want to reactivate your canceled license subscription, you must do so within 30-days from the end of your last billing term.

To reactivate your subscription, simply:

  1. Sign in to the Account Dashboard within 30-days from the end of your last billing period (must be the Account Owner)
  2. If you have multiple licenses in your account, select the applicable license from the drop down menu in the upper left
  3. Submit payment

IMPORTANT: A canceled license's settings and information will only be preserved for 30-days after your last paid billing term. If you wait beyond 30-days from the end of your last paid billing term, your license will not be available to reactivate. You will then need to purchase an entirely new license subscription.

Your Activa Live Chat account, however, will always remain available to you, regardless if you have any subscriptions or not. So you may return to Active Live Chat at any time using your account to access your other license subscriptions (if applicable) or purchase new license subscription.
