Installation problems with the Operator Console

If you come across problems while installing or upgrading the Activa Live Chat Operator Console, please review the following troubleshooting points:
- Before installing, first uninstall any previous versions of the Activa Live Chat Operator Console and any previous version of Adobe Air.
- During the installation process, select "Save" when prompted and run the install from your desktop rather than selecting "Open" during the installation.
- Before installing, make sure that you have administrator permissions on the install computer.
If for some reason you continue to experience installation errors, please follow these steps:
- Uninstall the Activa Live Chat Operator Console
- Setup a log file for the installer by following these instructions
- Attempt to install the desktop version of the Operator Console again
- If installation fails again, open the log files, copy the information and submit it to us via our feedback form
