The Activa Live Chat Operator Console is now available in both a Web-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) version ("Webtop") and an installable "Desktop" version.

Both the Webtop and the Desktop versions of the Operator Console operator in absolute partiy - providing the exact same user experience.

Either version of the Operator Console may be used by any account holder, paid or trial.
