Activa Live Chat's Operator Console (as of version 3.3.0) is the first and only application of its kind to be available fully localized in English and Spanish.

After launching the Operator Console, the language selection will be presented at the login dialogue. Subsequent logins to the Operator Console will default at the language setting used during the previous session.

The Operator Console can transition between English and Spanish on-the-fly without the need for language packs or add-ons to be purchased or installed.
