Activa Live Chat's Operator Console, where online agents sign in and manage live chat with online visitors, comes in two versions:

• Webtop version: Browser-based, no-software to install, available for all browsers on Windows, Mac and Linux
• Desktop version: Installable desktop application, available on Windows, Mac and Linux

Both versions of the Operator Console deliver the exact same experience and all features across all platforms.

Minimum System Requirements: Webtop version

• Windows: Intel Pentium II 450MHz, AMD Athlon 600MHz or faster processor, 128 MB RAM
• Mac: Intel Core Duo 1.33GHz, PowerPC G3 500MHz or faster processor, 128 MB RAM
• Linux: Modern processor 800MHz or faster, 512MB of RAM, 128MB of graphics memory

Minimum System Requirements: Desktop version

• Windows: Vista, XP SP2, 2000 SP4, Intel Pentium III 1GHz or faster processor, 512 MB RAM
• Mac: OS X 10.4.11 or greater, Intel Core Duo 1.83GHz or faster; PowerPC G4 1GHz or faster, 512 MB RAM
• Linux: Fedora 8, Ubuntu 7.10, openSUSE 10.3, Pentium 4 2GHZ or faster, 1GB RAM
