Enabling or disabling Velocity Messaging

The setting for turning Velocity Messaging "On" or "Off" can be found within the Operator Console's "Settings" tab.

1. Using an operator account, sign in to the Operator Console
2. Click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the window
3. Under "General Settings" select the "Velocity Messaging" tab
4. Select "On" or "Off"

Note: Velocity Messaging is "On" by default for every new operator account.
