Enabling or disabling Velocity Messaging

The setting for turning Velocity Messaging "On" or "Off" can be found within the Operator Console's "Settings" tab.
- Using an operator account, sign in to the Operator Console
- Click on the "Settings" tab at the top of the window
- Under "General Settings" select the "Velocity Messaging" tab
- Select "On" or "Off"
Note: Velocity Messaging is "On" by default for every new operator account.
