How operators can view their own chat transcripts

Individual operators always have access to their own live chat transcripts (also commonly referred to as chat 'histories') from within the Operator Console.
Operators must be signed in to the Operator Console to view their transcripts. Then follow these steps:
- Click on the "My History" tab near the top of the Operator Console
- Find and select a chat transcript from the list near the bottom of the screen
- The transcript will display will full details and a statistical summary
Live chat transcripts from this interface can be e-mailed individually to any address, or downloaded individually or as a group, and then saved in the following formats:
- Plain Text File
- CSV File
- Excel Spreadsheet File
