Wait Marketing is a standard feature of Activa Live Chat that lets you setup dynamic messages to be delivered to visitors who are on hold awaiting a connection to an operator.

Custom on-hold messages can setup with simple custom text messages, or by using multiple messages, images and even Flash that cycle to deliver a richer experience.

Waiting messages can be setup within each individual live chat Button/Link and Automated Invite.
