Transcript archiving and storage

Activa Live Chat stores data based on your individual account settings which are fully controlled by administrators withing the Account Dashboard.

Live chat transcripts can be stored for the life of your account, or limited to a number of months before they are permanently deleted from the Activa Live Chat system. Storage of transcripts can also be turned off entirely.

Also as an option, XML Transcript Deliver provides a way in which you can have transcripts delivered directly to your own secure URL (while also having the option of storing or not storing the transcripts within our service).
