If you use a Custom Variable option with Intelligence Rules for your automated chat invitations, you'll need to declare the variable within the global window scope to allow it to work.

Set the variable before your Deployment Code, like in this example:

var name= "value";

IMPORTANT: Remember, this variable must be declared before your Deployment Code.
