Remove seats from a subscription

NOTE: The follow instructions are for removing seats only - not canceling a license subscription entirely. To cancel a license subscription, please refer to this support article: Cancel your Activa Live Chat subscription

To remove seats from any license (reducing the number of seats you have), simply follow these instructions:

1. The Account Owner must sign in to the Account Dashboard
2. If you have more than one license, select the appropriate license from the drop down in the upper left
3. Click on "License & Billing"
4. Click "manage seats"
5. Now simply click "Remove Seats" to remove any number of seats to your license (leaving at least one (1) seat)
6. Once you have the number of seats you want removed, click the "Save & Continue" button and follow the rest of the steps

When removing seats from a license, a negative price will be displayed the shows the amount you will be removing from your next renewal. At your next renewal date, only the seats you kept in your license will renew.
