If you no longer wish to use Activa Live Chat, you may cancel your license renewal at any time prior to the date of renewal.
Only the Account Owner may cancel a license renewal.
To do so, call 888-424-2844 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. eastern standard time, Monday through Friday, excluding all U.S. holidays.
A representative must be able to verify your account information before proceeding.
IMPORTANT: Remember, all payments are final and non-refundable. Upon cancellation, all of your information will be permanently deleted.
