Cancel your Activa Live Chat subscription

If you want to cancel your Activa Live Chat subscription, you can do so at any time. Once you complete the steps below, your subscription will no longer automatically renew starting on the date of your next billing period.

PLEASE NOTE: If you just want to reduce the number of seats you have in any of your subscriptions, please read: Remove seats from a subscription.

Canceling a License Subscription

  1. The Account Owner must sign in to the Account Dashboard
  2. If you have more than one license, select the license you want to cancel from the drop down in the upper left.
  3. Click on "License & Billing"
  4. Click "manage seats"
  5. Remove ALL of your seats
  6. Click the "Save & Continue" button and follow the rest of the steps (if necessary)

Once completed, your seats for that license will no longer renew on you next renewal date (which varies depending on the billing term you selected).

At the end of your current billing term, your license subscription will no longer be available and your stored settings and information pertaining to that license will be scheduled for permanent deletion/termination after thirty (30) days.

REMEMBER: All payments are final and non-refundable. After 30-days from the end of your last paid billing period, all of your canceled license's settings and data will be permanently deleted.
