XML Transcript Delivery sends a blank POST

If you have enabled XML Transcript Delivery but are receiving what appears to be blank posts, the script you setup to read the post is more than likely misconfigured.

IMPORTANT: The XML Transcript Delivery option posts transcript data as raw and unencoded data.

If the script used to handle the XML is expecting a POST variable (like with a form) instead of raw data, you will experience this issue.

Changing your handling script to receive raw, unencoded POST data will correct the issue.
