Integrate WebTrends with Activa Live Chat

Activa Live Chat integrates with WebTrends (and other leading analytics packages from Google and Omniture) so you may track the effectiveness of live chat on your Website.

Note: You must have an active WebTrends account before you begin.

Enabling WebTrends Integration

Follow these instructions to integrate WebTrends with Activa Live Chat:

  1. Sign in to the Activa Live Chat Account Dashboard and go to the Deployments section
  2. Create a new deployment or edit an existing deployment
  3. In the "Optional: Integrate Your Analytics Package," select the checkbox to enable analytics integration
  4. Select "WebTrends" from the dropdown
  5. Save the Deployment

Note: Results will appear as "Visits to www.activalive.com" within your WebTrends analytics reporting.
