Integrate Omniture SiteCatalyst with Activa Live Chat

Activa Live Chat integrates with Omniture SiteCatalyst (and other leading analytics packages from Google and WebTrends) so you may track the effectiveness of live chat on your Website.

Note: You must have an active Omniture SiteCatalyst account before you begin.

Enabling Omniture SiteCatalyst Integration

Follow these instructions to integrate Omniture SiteCatalyst with Activa Live Chat:

  1. Sign in to the Activa Live Chat Account Dashboard and go to the Deployments section
  2. Create a new deployment or edit an existing deployment
  3. In the ":Optional: Integrate Your Analytics Packs," select the checkbox to enable analytics integration
  4. Select "Omniture SiteCatalyst" from the dropdown
  5. In the field provided, enter your Website's specific Report Suite ID assigned to you by Omniture
  6. Save the Deployment

Note: Results will appear as "Activa Live Chat" within your "Custom Links Reporting" in SiteCatalyst.
