Activa Live Chat provides standard toolsets along with the ability to allow you to integrate custom components, so that your vistors have the most seamless experience possible.

The standard Chat Window comes in a variety of colors, so you aren't left with one style to choose from. You can also specify whether the Chat Window should open in a new window, or inline at the top, bottom, left or right side of the browser.

You can change these settings when creating a new Deployment, or when editing an existing Deployment. You can manage your Deployments under the "Deployments" section.

You can also integrate your own custom Chat Window by using the Activa Live Chat SDK. This will give you the most control over the look and feel of the Chat Window, while remaining stable and secure.

If you do not have the resources to create a custom Chat Window, but need more options than the standard toolset can provide, you may also request a Custom Window from Activa Live Chat. We will be happy to discuss your needs one-on-one with you.
