Activa Live Chat provides a wide variety of choices to help all our customers customize their live chat windows.

Live chat windows are selected when setting up a Deployment. The choices include:

  • Software Development Kit (SDK)
  • Software Development Kit (SDK 256-bit SSL Secure)
  • Request Custom Quote

The Chat Window Galleries provide an ever growing number of choices, including different designs and colors, and chat windows that allow you to apply your own branding such as your logo.

You also can specify whether the Chat Window should open in a pop-up window or as a frame at the top, bottom, left or right side of your Website.

For more advanced customizations, customers and developers can use our Software Development Kit (SDK). The SDK provides the items needed to literally build your own live chat window from the ground-up. This enables you to build something simple yet very branded, or something more advanced that meets any specific need such as branding, design, layout and function. The ability to customize your live chat window using the SDK are limitless.
