Inserting the Deployment Code

The Deployment Code is the primary 'activator' for Activa Live Chat and must be on every page on which you wish to offer live chat services.

To ensure your Website's load time is not affected, the Deployment Code must be placed in a very specific area of your Website's code:

Copy and then paste your Deployment Code into your Website's code so that it is placed after all your HTML but before your closing </body> tag.

IMPORTANT: If you put your Deployment Code in any other area, or within any of your HTML that resides above your closing </body> tag, you will encounter errors and your live chat deployment will not function properly.
