Individual page, entire sections and even sub-domains within a single Website can be monitored by different departments.

For example, you may want a department to monitor and manage the public portion of your Website while another department is assigned to the members-only area of your Website. This lets you parse traffic and ensure it's routed to the appropriate group of operators. It also keeps your operators focused only on the traffic for which they have a responsibility.

To do this, simply create two or more deployments with each using the same domain. Name the first deployment "Public" and the other "Members".

Place the deployment code for Public into your Website's public areas. Then place the deployment code for Members into your Website's members-only area — ensuring it takes the place of the Public deployment.

Next, assign at least one department to the Public deployment and at least one department to the Members deployment.

Now when these departments are signed in to the Operator Console, they will only see their assigned traffic.
