Can't see any visitors on my Website when I sign in to the operator console

First, make sure you have your deployment code setup correctly. Follow the instructions within the account dashboard area under "Deployments".
Second, make sure that monitoring is turned on. Every department has a setting that allows monitoring to be turned on or off. When it is set to off (the default position), that department's operators will not see live traffic, but instead will only view incoming chat requests from visitors who clicked chat buttons/links or acknowledged an automated invite.
Lastly, it may be that your Website doesn't have much traffic at this time - which is very common. You can easily test this by opening a new browser window and going to your Website where you have your deployment implemented.
