This means you need to purchase additional seats to meet your requirements.

The number of operator accounts you can create is unlimited, however the number of cocurrently singed in operators is based on the number of seats you have purchased for your license.

The number of seats you need to purchase is up to you. If you have a high traffic Website and your operators are constantly overwhelmed by the number of chat requests, you may want to consider adding more seats to your license.

To purchase additional seats, the Account Owner must sign in to the account dashboard and either:

• Select the "Purchase Additional Seats" option in the dropdown at the top of the left side bar.
• Or, go to the "License & Billing" section and click the "add more seats" link.

The additional Seats become available immediately. Once your order has been processed, additional Operators may begin to login.
