This means you need to purchase additional licenses to meet your requirements.

The number of operator accounts you can create is unlimited, however the number of simultaneous operators (users) is determined by the number of available licenses in your subscription.

The number of licenses you need to purchase is up to you. If you have a high traffic Website and your operators are constantly overwhelmed by the number of chat requests, you may want to consider adding more licenses, and operators, to your setup.

To purchase additional licenses, the Account Owner must sign in to the account dashboard and either:

• Select the "Add Licenses..." option from the drop-down menu on the left side of the page.
• Or, go to the "Subscription & Billing" section and click the "manage licenses" link.

The additional licenses become available immediately. Once your order has been processed, additional operators may to sign in.
