Administrators can easily access chat transcripts from any department or operator from within the Account Dashboard. Transcripts can be searched by specific Chat ID, date or date range, or by individual or groups of operators.
To access chat transcripts (also commonly referred to as 'chat histories'), simply follow these steps:
- Go to the Account Dashboard (must be an administrator)
- Go to the Departments & Operators section
- Click the blue "Transcripts" link for the appropriate department
- Perform your transcript search
Live chat transcripts from this interface may also be downloaded, saved and then shared in the following formats:
- Plain Text File
- CSV File
- Excel Spreadsheet File
