Manage an operator's ability to send Proactive Invitations

Administrators can control an operator's permissions to send Proactive Invitations to visitors. Controlling operator permissions takes place withing the Account Dashboard.
Follow these steps to manage operator permissions:
- Sign in to the Account Dashboard with an administrator account.
- Go to Departments & Operators and create a new or edit an existing operator account
- Under "Operator Permissions" select the desired setting for "Proactive Invites" and then save the changes.
The next time the operator signs in to the Operator Console, the new permissions will take effect.
IMPORTANT: Changes to operator permissions cannot take place while the operator is signed in to the Operator Console. The operators must sign out and then back in before the changes take effect.
