Change the size of live chat windows

The width and height of Activa Live Chat's chat windows can be customized to fit your specific needs.

To change the size of a chat window, just add the following JavaScript directly below your Deployment Code:

You can adjust the values for the width and height by specifying your own sizes in the highlighted areas within the script (the numbers represent pixels).

Important Notes:

• The JavaScript must be placed directly after the Deployment Code or it will not work.
• The default width of Activa Live Chat's windows are 500 pixels
• The default height of Activa Live Chat's windows are 325 pixels
