Unable to log in to the Salesforce Chatlets

If a live chat operator is having trouble logging in to their Salesforce.com account using the Salesforce CRM Chatlet or the Salesforce Solutions Chatlet, please make sure of the following:
- The operator's Salesforce.com account must be Enterprise or Unlimited (or another edition with Salesforce.com API Access)
- The operator's IP address must be added to Trusted Network Access in Salesforce.com
- The operator's Salesforce.com account must have "API Enabled" in their user profile
