The Salesforce CRM Chatlet and the Salesforce Solutions Chatlet are compatible with Salesforce.com Enterprise and Unlimited editions only.

Other editions, such as the Professional edition, can request "API access" from Salesforce.com and, if granted, can use the Salesforce Chatlets with their Activa Live Chat account.
