Setup trusted network access for operators using the Salesforce Chatlets

Before being able to log in to the Salesforce CRM Chatlet or the Salesforce Solutions Chatlet, Salesforce.com requires that the IP addresses of your live chat operators are added for trusted network access.
This enables operators to authenticate with their Salesforce.com accounts for using the Salesforce CRM Chatlet or the Salesforce Solutions Chatlet from within the Operator Console.
- Go to the Salesforce.com and login
- Click "Setup" at the top of the page
- In the left side bar, under "Administration Setup," expand "Security Controls" then click "Network Access"
- Add the IP address or IP address range for the users (operators) who will be using the Salesforce CRM Chatlet or the Salesforce Solutions Chatlet.
