Assign or un-assign Chatlets

Chatlets are assigned to individual operator accounts by administrators within the Account Dashboard.

  1. Sign in to the Account Dashboard
  2. Go to the Departments & Operators section
  3. Create a new operator account or edit an existing operator account
  4. In the Chatlets area, assign Chatlets by moving them from the column titled "Unassigned Chatlets" to the column titled "Assigned Chatlets." To un-assign Chatlets, move them from "Assigned Chatlets" to "Unassigned Chatlets"

Operators must be signed out for the changes to take effect.
