Manage Salesforce.com user profile permissions related to the Salesforce CRM Chatlet

Below is a brief overview on how to setup applicable user profile permissions within Salesforce.com for use with the Salesforce Chatlet.
- Go to the Salesforce.com and login
- Click "Setup" at the top of the page
- Under "Administration Setup" expand "Manage Users" then click "Profiles"
- Click "Edit" for the appropriate Profile
API Access
Under "Administrative Permissions," check "API Enabled" (this allows a user to sign in to Salesforce.com using the Salesforce CRM Chatlet).
Permissions
Under "Standard Object Permissions"
- For any Object that you want to Read, you must have "Read" CHECKED
- For any Object that you want to Create, you must have "Create" CHECKED
- For any Object that you want to Edit, you must have "Edit" CHECKED
Under "Custom Object Permissions" (if applicable)
- For any Object that you want to Read, you must have "Read" CHECKED
- For any Object that you want to Create, you must have "Create" CHECKED
- For any Object that you want to Edit, you must have "Edit" CHECKED
