Canned Messages created in the Account Dashboard are not showing up for operators

If Canned Messages have been setup within the Account Dashboard but they are not showing up for operators, there are two possible solutions for this issue:

  1. Canned Message Categories must be assigned to a departments before they become available to operators. Make sure the Canned Message Category is assigned to the correct departments by editing the Canned Message Category.
  2. After new Canned Messages are added through the Account Dashboard, they will only show up after am operator's next sign-in to the Operator Console. Have the affected operators sign out of the Operator Console and then back in. The new Canned Messages will then become available.
