Button is showing up but live chat is not working

If you have created a button or link and have inserted the Button Code into your Website, but live chat is not working, verify that you have first created a Deployment and inserted the Deployment Code (and make sure it is in the correct place within your code).

Activa Live Chat requires a Deployment in order to function - this is the very first step in the Quick Start Guide that is e-mailed to all customers when they first sign up. The Quick Start Guide is also available from the top of the Account Dashboard homepage, as well as here in the support area: Quick Start Guide
If you have inserted the Button Code but skipped or do not have a Deployment setup, live chat will not work.
