Buttons or links are not showing up on Web page

Live chat buttons and links, which visitors use by clicking to request a chat with your operators, must first be setup within the Account Dashboard and then inserted into your HTML before they will show up on your Website.

If you just started with Activa Live Chat and you are having problems with seeing live chat buttons or links on your Website, please check and be aware of the following:
- Setting up and inserting Deployment Code is separate from setting up and inserting individual live chat buttons or links. With only Deployment Code inserted into your Website, you will not see any live chat buttons or links.
- If you have only setup and inserted Button/Link code into your HMTL, but you have not setup and inserted Deployment Code, your buttons or links iwll not work or display properly.
Especially if you just started using Activa Live Chat or are having similar problems as described here, please read and follow the steps contained in the Quick Start Guide. The Quick Start Guide is e-mailed to Account Owners immediately after signing up. It is also available from the home page of the Account Dashboard (you must be an administrator to sign in to the Account Dashboard).
