Where are the e-mails sent to when visitors submit the Leave a Message form?

All chat buttons and links can have the "Leave a Message" form enabled during their offline state. This will allow visitors to submit a form (leave a message) for departments when they are offline.
This message is delivered the e-mail of the department that is assigned to the button/link.
In the case where a button/link is assigned to "All Departments", you may choose to deliver then message to all department e-mails or an individual department's e-mail.
