Offline live chat button/link actions

When your live chat button or link is "offline," you may enable the Offline Button/Link Actions feature.

The Offline Button/Link Actions choices include the following:

  • Leave a Message Form
    When the button/link is offline, a Leave a Message Form can be assigned to it so that visitors can submit a question or query by completing a custom form that you create within the Account Dasbboard's Forms & Surveys section.
  • Link to a Website page
    When the button/link is offline, it will ink to any URL that you specify (such as a contact page).

NOTE: When Offline Button/Link Actions are not enabled, the offline button/link will not perform any actions (other than display itself).
