When setting up a live chat button or link in Activa Live Chat, you have several choices for customizing how you want the button/link to appear.

Choose from our gallery
Select a live chat button from our extensive gallery of different shapes, sizes and colors.
Upload your own image
Use your own image by uploading it from your computer.
Use text only
Simply enter text to make a text-only live chat link.

For buttons/links in their "offline" mode, there also is an option to display nothing at all - essentially making the live chat button/link disappear when your live chat operators are not online.
