Use your own image for a live chat button

When setting up a live chat button, you can choose an image from our gallery or use your own image. This article shows you how to use your own image:

  1. With your administrator account, sign in to the Account Dashboard
  2. Go to the Buttons & Links section
  3. Click the Add New Button/Link button
  4. In step 6. Creation Options, select the default "Use standard toolset for HTML Website Buttons/Links (easiest)" option
  5. Next, in step 7 Online Button/Link, select "Upload your own custom button image" and then click the Browse button to find and upload an image from your computer (must be a JPG, GIF or PNG file type)
  6. If you would also like to use your own image for your live chat button when you are offline (and your live chat is not available), in step 8. Offline Button/Link, select "Upload your own custom button image" and then click the Browse button to find and upload an image from your computer (must be a JPG, GIF or PNG file type)

Continue and save your button, then follow the instructions for inserting button/link code onto your Website if you need help with that.
