Use your own image for a live chat button

When setting up a live chat button, you can choose an image from our gallery or use your own image. This article shows you how to use your own image:
- With your administrator account, sign in to the Account Dashboard
- Go to the Buttons & Links section
- Click the Add New Button/Link button
- In step 6. Creation Options, select the default "Use standard toolset for HTML Website Buttons/Links (easiest)" option
- Next, in step 7 Online Button/Link, select "Upload your own custom button image" and then click the Browse button to find and upload an image from your computer (must be a JPG, GIF or PNG file type)
- If you would also like to use your own image for your live chat button when you are offline (and your live chat is not available), in step 8. Offline Button/Link, select "Upload your own custom button image" and then click the Browse button to find and upload an image from your computer (must be a JPG, GIF or PNG file type)
Continue and save your button, then follow the instructions for inserting button/link code onto your Website if you need help with that.
