Setting up a live chat button is quick in easy.

Live chat buttons can be an image or plain text (and Activa Live Chat also lets you make live chat buttons with Flash), and the process for creating either is the same:

1. With an administrator account, sign in to the Account Dashboard
2. Go to the Buttons & Links section
3. Click the Create New Button/Link button
4. Follow the steps provided and select the options you prefer, then click the 'Save' button
5. On the following page you will be given special Button Code to copy and paste into your Website

IMPORTANT: Button/Link Code will only function when Deployment Code is properly inserted into your Website.
