Setting up a live chat button for your Website is done with only a few easy steps in under a minute. When completed and integrated, your visitors will be able to click on it to request a live chat with your operators.

Live chat buttons can be an image or text (and Activa Live Chat also allows live chat buttons to be made from Flash), and the process for creating either is the same:

With your administrator account, sign in to the Account Dashboard

Go to the Buttons & Links section

Click the Add New Button/Link button

Follow the steps provided and select the options you prefer, then click the 'Save' button

On the follow page you will be given special Button Code to copy and paste into your Website
