Activa Live Chat provides standard toolsets along with the ability to allow you to integrate custom components, so that your vistors have the most seamless experience possible.

Buttons and Links should be easy to read and understand, so that your visitors can request help from anywhere on your site, and if applicable, from the correct department.

The Standard Toolset for Buttons/Links gives you the option to use standard Activa Live Chat images, custom images or custom text. Standard images are separated into categories so that you can easily find an image that best fits your needs. By using a custom image or custom text, you can create a Button/Link that integrates seamlessly into your site.

You can also choose to create a Custom Button/Link for your website, which provides you with only the code necessary to start a chat session. For example, you could automatically start a chat when a visitor submits a form on your site. You can also create a Button/Link for your Flex/AIR application Deployment. Please see the Activa Live Chat SDK for more details on this.
