Activa Live Chat's Operator Console is available fully on-demand (live chat from the cloud) or installed on the desktop.

The Operator Console offers full parity across all platforms, providing the same great user experience that has made Activa Live Chat a breath of fresh air in an industry full of copycats.

Either version has its own distinct advantages. The Webtop version is accessed from the cloud and does not require any downloads, installs or updates. The Desktop version provides Windows Taskbar and Mac OS X Dock system notifications, and better access control for network administrators.
