Live chat windows come in different shapes, sizes, colors, and some can be further customized by adding your own custom images, branding and logos. Live chat windows can be setup as pop-up or framed windows that display on any side of a Website.

Each live chat window has the option of allowing visitors to save their live chat transcripts during or after their chat. This option can be enabled/disabled at any time without the need to update any code.

Message Sneak-Peek enables operators to respond much more quickly than with other systems by enabling them to clearly anticipate what customers are going to ask. This gives them more valuable time to find and prepare a quality answer. With less time spent waiting to see what the visitor is typing, your operators can handle more individual chats.

Automatic Spell Check & Link Detection

The Operator Console has built-in automatic spell check that proofs your operators' spelling on-the-fly as they type. Errors are indicated by a dashed-red line under each misspelled word. By right-clicking, the operator is presented with a menu of correctly spelled suggestions. Each operator account also contains a customizable dictionary that can learn words added by individual operators.

When operators type a URL (such as http://www.activalive.com) or an e-mail address and send it to the visitor during chat, the visitor's live chat window will automatically recognize this text and turn it into links. The visitor only needs to click the link from within the live chat window to access the URL or begin composing an e-mail.

Language Support

Activa Live Chat has full Unicode support for all languages that read left-to-right (LTR) and right-to-left (RTL). The live chat windows automatically respects and adheres to the input of the user's system language settings. Common languages supported include but are not limited to English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and more.
