Live Track co-browsing does not require visitors to install any special plug-ins or applets - it just works!

Whether your visitors are using Windows, Mac or Linux, and any Web browser, operators will be able to co-browse with them all equally.

Activa Live Chat's co-browsing is available within the Operator Console. Live Track is built-in to the Desktop version of the Operator Console and installed separately when used with the Webtop version. Just select a visitor from the monitor, and then click the "Start Co-Browse" button within the Live Track Chatlet. The Live Track window will then begin connecting to the selected visitor immediately.
