Setting up a simple live chat deployment takes only a couple minutes of copy and paste. And more advanced customers will appreciate the accessible tools and well defined protocols for accomplishing even the most customized setups.

Permissions Based Management

Account Owners can easily setup additional administrator accounts to allow access by other staff members who can help setup and manage live chat.

While Account Owners have exclusive access to their account's billing information, by setting up Super Administrator accounts they can grant full access to all other areas of the Account Dashboard. Sub Administrator accounts can also be setup with limited permissions to one or more areas of the dashboard.

The Admin Chatlet

The Admin Chatlet gives administrators complete command over their live chat operators by letting them view, oversee and control any operator who is signed in to the Operator Console.

With the Admin Chatlet, your operator account immediately gains the power to completely manage your live chat operators and their ongoing live chats with visitors.

The Admin Chatlet lets you:

  • Watch all ongoing live chats of every operator
  • Send private messages that appear within the chat itself and can only be seen by the operator (cannot be seen by the visitor)
  • Take control of a chat by conferencing in another operator, transferring it to another operator (including yourself), or even by ending the chat yourself
  • Conduct real-time training by coaching operators through live chats as they happen
  • View and change the current status of any online operator including changing their status to "Away" and even logging them off of the Operator Console
  • View complete details about any visitor (just like in the Details Chatlet) who's currently engaged in a chat with any operator
